There was no possibility for medical redone for them. For them it was exactly one year plus few days. Medical redone would extend their PPR by few months.

Yesterday my Lawyer received few PPRs for the guys who have done medicals in Sept 2011.

to save time get the PCC and send it, at some point of time they will ask it for sure.

I am PNP Ontario applicant and even i am confused why my application was sent to buffalo. This was done by my lawyer, never had control over it.

I think AOR is the email in which they sent my file number, right? they have given the link for buffalo site for timeline, they didn't mention anything in that.

i am Feb(for federal) applicant ;D and there was no instruction for 120 days. I think that was valid only for the those guys whose files were transferred to ottawa in early phases. like dec/jan/feb.

i am still not able to get it, so many cases with one year waiting after Medical. Everybody around me got their PR within 5 months after medical. some even got their PR, within 7 months since they filed the application.

My PNP was filed in DEC2011 and Federal(buffalo) was filed in Feb. So i would be Dec2011 applicant or Feb2012 applicant? Strange part is my federal application was submitted in buffalo in Feb :o which is weird

for my case only one address was there.

if somebody delays his medical by month or so, does it impact hit processing timeline?
