a jump of 222 apps for 2174 in 10 days looks too high. PER's issued in these 10 days cannot be more than 900-1000. and 222 for just one NOC looks too high given historical trends. My guess is... it is more like signalling that no one else should send their application in this NOC as they can...

just an observation This the the first time that difference between 2174 and 1112 has been more than 25. I am hoping 1112 should see a sudden drop in pace beyond 23rd May and should slow down considerably now while 2174 would still keep running {as per the trend in spreadsheet}
