Why should "from" be used?
CIC website clearly states in the footnote "as of 4th May" . It means till 4th may .
Or am i missing something

Your whole analysis may change if you replace the incorrect word "till" with "from".

2. PCC from USA
3. PCC from India
4. RPRF receipt

Also, do I need to write application number on the mailing package? I have written application number on a paper inside the package. Shall I include the email received from CIC for the requested documents?

Can someone advise the tentative expected time period for the below.

CC / DD charging ( from the application received date )
PER mail
medical request
RPRF request
PP Request
VISA issuing

Importantly, once the VISA issued is there any compulsory time period within which candidate should land in CA

Further, once the candidate land in CA is it possible for him to stay out of CA for couple of years...is there any restriction

As I learnt from one of my friend, Aussie migration - candidate should do the first entry within one year from the VISA approval and should
permanently move to AUS within next five years

xerox of the same is okay and no need to notarized as it's in english i hope.
keep original with you...may local vo asks for it.

sit..relax...read each n every word on that letter (intent is to find any error right away without loosing time) and dates and signatures...as well...
if any corrections required, get it asap... (i found in my case... 8) 8))

Hi all

I have aplied for my ECA through WES in last week of June, 2014 and my ECA will be finished on August 6, 2014.

Should i even think of applying for NOC 2174 considering the fact that a lot of experienced members are saying that it is too late now, I have all the other documents ready.

I don't think it's too late, and in fact, I believe, there's still plenty of time to apply, even for hottest NOCs.
Sorry if this sounds too assertive, but when you take all facts into account, analyze them and calculate the estimates really carefully, I believe, it's almost impossible for NOCs to fill that quickly.
The estimate is actually in the spreadsheet, on the Apps by NOC / Cap estimates sheet.

Well, of course there are different opinions, and there's always some space for unpredictable factors which affect the estimate, but I'd apply anyway, if I had to choose now. - Especially if you have the documents ready - you have nothing to lose!

If you have enough experience in another less popular NOC, you can try to choose it instead, but you have to be careful and ensure your experience really matches that NOC.

Good News!! I checked with State Bank of India Canada Branch and they confirmed that DD has been paid on 24th Jul'14. I will update the excel sheet. Thanks everyone!
