I agree. But if we look at the list of people whose app is stuck in Sydney. Many of the ones that i have talked to have PAs who have travelled.

When i contacted my MP i was told that they (cic) interacts with other agencies that the PA has travelled to verify facts. From what i have seen these agencies take time to respond to information request. I am speculating that this is the reason for the hold up. I could be totally wrong though.

What i meant was, in my case the background processing has not started. It looks like the folks whose background process has not started have not received the transfer email.

could you please share your timeline?

Seems like people who had their background check started have recieved transfer and for folks whose b/g checks have started do not get the transfer email.

Depends on where your application is processed, your timelines would vary. As well, we would need to know if background checks have started etc. So I guess we do not have a good answer. If you are with CPC-M then you are in good hands as they are faster. If you are transferred to a LVO...

They will say "your applicartion is well within the processing time". I guess they cannot do more.
