You are correct. However, In some case, even dec applicants were asked to submit biometrics. We did not submit one as well. I am in the exact same situation. My ECAS says DM but no letter. I called CIC and got confirmation that the app has been approved. They wont reject without asking for additional doc or interview. So congratulations.

Yes. Submitted would be application status. I have seen other statuses like 'approved' 'refused' 'updated' 'action needed'.

Update - I got DM on ecas. No update on GCKey. Called IRCC and confirmed that application is approved. Awaiting PPR. Hope all of us hear good news.

I looks like things are in order for your application. You are a Feb applicant if you are transferred to your local VO office or CPC-M then you are further ahead than many people.

Okay great. I think they will process in due time and do process in batches. I think mine will still be transferred to NDVO. As well typically CPC-M asks for additional documents. Let us see how it goes.
