Crossed 12 months but still no update

I cannot imagine how frustrated you are seeing that you have crossed the 12 month mark. Did you reach out to the agent? I see that you are in UAE. Has you file reached to London VO?

Did any of you folks order GCMS notes. It seems that there have been cases where the transfer happened (but the applicant was not informed) while the Call Centre agents say that the application is still in Sydney. Did any of you hear about such cases?

Just received a letter about the file transfer. For everyone who is stuck in Sydney, just try to be patient...
