yes just take the courier tracking id from him so u can track ur package's status ( i mean sending/delivery time not processing ) & it is the only thing he will provide u untill he hears anything about ur application from CIC. i also have applied through ICCRC consultant.

That is why It is always advisable to keep the funds in your hold untill u get your Stamped Passport.
