If you do not include your spouse and children on your application you will never be able to sponsor them again in the future. This means that they will never be able to accompany you in the future.

Is my IELTS calculation right?

R 6.5, L 6.5, S7.5, W7.5 = 5+4+6+6=21 points. In the table it says L6.0=4 and 7.5=5. Whats the score for 6.5 and 7.0?

Right, you score 21 points.

For listening, it is
for Band 6.0, 6.5, 7.0 = 4 points
for Band 7.5 = 5 points
for Band 8.0, 8.5, 9.0= 6 points

Thanks Hope1957 for providing the details.

Here is some background about my plan:

This time am going to be single applicant, whereas am not applying for my wife and kid. Hopefully if i get a PR, first I will go and settle in the Canada with some good job and after year or so I will sponsor for my wife and kid to move them to Canada. In this case as you mentioned I will furnish about my spouse and kid details in the FSW 2014 application wherever necessary. My question here is since am the only person going to apply without my spouse and kid for FSW 2014. Still I need to submit my marriage certificate along with my application? Kindly advise

You are free to decide whatever you want, but just curious to know why you want to take this path? Why not finish the application process for the entire family at one scoop rather than go through the same process again? Even if you include your spouse and kids as "accompanying" right now, they won't have to accompany you immediately. On the other hand, applying at a later point might just unnecessarily complicate things for you later.

Just received medical request from CPC-Ottawa. They also asked for RTPR fee and updated evidence of settlement funds (showing 6 months deposits/withdrawls history).

I'm concerned about this. Because I transferred funds for that day and sent statement with balance. I dont maintain that big amount in my daily balance. what do now? ??? ??? ???

wow!!! congrats! So, CPC-O is processing applications within 20 days of PER?

For the funds, you can show evidence of how you used the money. For example, did you put it in a stock market? invest in some other business?

I understand that they are not accompanying you at the moment and that is perfectly fine. However, I believe they might sometime in the future after you have got a job and you have manged to settle down. Therefore you have to include them in your application if you want them to live with you in Canada in the future. If you fail to include your spouse and children, they will never be able to accompany you in the future to Canada. I hope I have made myself clear.

Yes you will have to submit the necessary documents for your marriage, spouse and children. Please carefully read the instruction guide and FSW criteria again.

Good luck!

Someone is weary of overcrowding Canada.

Jokes apart, he might be thinking that he stands a better chance if applies alone. Is there a data that suggests this, or the other way around ?

Not at all. He has to present everything for the entire family other than application fee and POF if he doesn't include his family as accompanying. So, it really is not wise to not include family as accompanying at this stage.

Yes, they have requested for USA PCC which I didn't submit earlier and gave 60 days time to submit PCC, medicals, and RPRF. Everything came out in an email. CPC-CTD-Ottawa <CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca>

Medical forms came out in a separate email.
