The problem is even if the new person takes charge, we have to rely on luck where the new person has in his agenda that the CEC old applicants have been ignored for long and should be cleared as soon as possible. if not then this thing will take much more time. Unfortunately, I dont have much...

HI Guys, Somehow, The problem should be conveyed to higher authorities, as the wait is getting too much! 17 months, 18 months for CEC applications is too much. people's lives are devasted :-(

I think yes, now it is time to do something like this as things have been delayed too much to extreme. I have heard somebody who has applied in Jun last week, 2014 got his status change to decision made 2 months ago and is still waiting for PPR.

Guys, Sorry for the disappointing statement but there is no point in getting excited for the 3rd line if it has the Year "2014" in it. But, I will still hope that they just start processing pending June 2014 applications sooner.

HI Ironman, I am a June 26th,2014 applicant. I was also happy to see an update in ECAS after 5 months. However, it would have been a great news if we have received something like "We started processing you application on *** 2015". Unfortunately, this update looks like just a batch ECAS update...

I wish, if there was an option where people can go to the case processing centre and get their application processed just like any other service in government offices. It is too much of mystery the way CIC is processing applications left and right! Most of the July 2014 first review applications...
