    Reasons for Rejection

Don't think it will be a problem, esp since in your case it was a system error. See this thread.

Doesn't look like it. See this thread.

    Worried..Is it misrepresentation? ..Help appreciated

Since you included the details of your part time employment in a LOE and didn't claim any points for it, I expect it won't be a problem.

Express entry points increased before 2 years - got ITA

You got an ITA in Oct when you didn't have 2 years of work experience. Is that what you are saying? If that is the case, are you clearing the cutoff for Oct 2 draw with less than 2 yrs of experience? If not, CIC might have a problem. How will you be able to justify the extra points you had at...

I think I f'ed up my PNP application, what to do next?

I would recommend you contact CIC and explain the situation. As CIC themselves expect a police report in case of a lost "current" temporary resident document, its quite likely a LOE explaining the situation along with your other 2 resident permits would suffice. Best to check with CIC...

My score 394. Whats the chance

Not too much for now I'm afraid. Try and improve your scores.

    Points calculated wrongly

Well, this is strange. If you're sure its a glitch you're right to reject the ITA right away to ensure you get an ITA in a subsequent draw. However might I also recommend you also contact CIC and inform them of this.

I was about to quote your previous post. Anyway, yes we are conveying the same message. :)

21st Draw !!! Nov 27 with 450 or less cutoff

A CIC spokesperson is quoted here as saying scores will go down overtime and the last 2 high draws were because of PNPs and LMIAs. However, the 450 mark is not mentioned. If CIC comes out with an annual report on EE, it might make things clearly. Personally I expect the 450 mark will be...

OOPNP/OINP nominated and ITA/AoR received - Let us connect here for further step

I stand by what I said. The reason being the OP had posted the same question a few weeks back in the anujgupta POF thread and had gotten the same answer. If its a genuine case of a father transferring, or rather gifting, unencumbered funds for his son's Proof of funds requirement - absolutely no...

OOPNP/OINP nominated and ITA/AoR received - Let us connect here for further step

The ans to your first question is No. Haven't come across a case of CIC asking for donor's proof of funds. If the funds being gifted by your father are unencumbered then this should be fine. However make sure you don't transfer your money to your father and have him gift it back. That's clear...

CRS score november draw trend not going down

Chances of getting a job from outside Canada without a PR are quite remote.

OOPNP/OINP nominated and ITA/AoR received - Let us connect here for further step

They would. But since yours is less than 6 months, you should submit details on source of funds for your FD, to prove they weren't borrowed and you'll be fine.

    Expect changes in EE

Hmm.. This is also noteworthy At the 23rd Annual Immigration Law Summit held earlier this month in Toronto, Ontario, a spokesperson for Citizenship and Immigration Canada (CIC) made some notable comments about the past, present, and future of draws made from the Express Entry pool. The main...

    Need opinion about work experience

I would imagine the situation around Canadian work experience will be similar to foreign work experience i.e., you can omit work experience you are not claiming points for. Make sure you mention it in your history when submitting post ITA application.
