    Just to correct - The date of application doesn't come into picture unless the CRS of the applicant is exactly equal to the cutoff, otherwise certainly ITA would be there.

    Not sure about the process of addition of spouse post CoPR, but in general sense, only marriage certificate needs to be attached during standard application (i.e. when filling together). So I don't see any reason of having any other documents requirement (such as photos etc.) for your scenario!.

    You can submit eAPR even on the same day you get ITA, provided you have all documents ready. You would anyway get 90 days to submit eAPR after ITA. There would be a draw on 28th Mar most probably and so that means you would get until 28th Jun to submit eAPR if you get ITA in this draw.

    471 gives your almost sure chance of ITA in next draw, so would suggest you to submit the profile and enter the pool

    Looks like CLB is defined section-wise, and accordingly points are awarded, so though his overall CLB has increased, section-wise CLB in 2 sections has decreased considerably which may have reduced language points as well
