    Raise a CSE, I think, if the new IELTS score is not impacting your CRS, they would most probably allow you to update IELTS TRF, otherwise it seems that you would have to withdraw/cancel this application and file a new one.

    True that, Any score less than 435-440 is not that likely to get picked in near future going by recent draws. So focus on maximizing IELTS score as it is the easiest way (other than PNP) to increase CRS

    Where is the confusion exactly? CRS would be same whether you calculate before creating profile or after. WES would just give you Canadian equivalency of your education.

    POF letter must show more than the Min requirement, no upper limit. And yes, you can keep on spending from this amount but make sure that you don't go below the min requirement (Though there is little chance you would be asked to show any proof of fund later after PPR but better be safe)
