Guys, Any pointers for someone looking for a job in supply chain, demand planning sort of profile? How easy or tough it would be to find and which state will present the best scenario?

I just want to make sure that the baby gets the PR along with us and we don't have to go through sponsorship hassles. So if it is possible to add the baby in application even after our PR is approved and processed, nothing better than that.

You mean I can add him/her in my application even after I have received my PR but have not done the landing?
