There are 9 points on that. It is really confusing whether the officer responsible for 2132 files is aware of that or just he has to compare one by one. Criteria is not clear my friend. Just hope for the best. One forumite expressed once after he got a PER ( not 2312 ) that he was not matching...

The answer to your question as related to NOC 2132 is not easy my friend. Regarding other NOCs, some forumites got rejection dues to job duties not matching. Some say that 80 % of job duties should match. It is very difficult to answer. I can understand what you mean when seeing the job duties...

What is your NOC?

Looking at the history of Capped NOCS and the forum spreadsheet ( sheet titled: NOC by Fee encashed date), the following can be noticed: 3012 Capped on Dec. 11 ( currently 746 + 254 ) ........ There is no charge after Dec 11. This means that the current 254 applications are already charged...
