I need another opinion please from forumites: Does a 1 year diploma with WES credential add any points under Education to a bachelor degree of 4 years ? In other words how many points can one get for both? Th 4 year degree points are 21. Please advise.

I see what you mean. But, there is somebody with Oct. 30 application got his UCI number and still not charged. Does this mean his file was returned !!
