No my friend. It seems that 207 have already even charged and waiting to be reviewed because they do not start reviewing unless the application is charged and the payment is secure. They charge in advance. I believe that many of 2132 october applicants are out of the game.

Which means that most of October applicants are not included in completeness check for this update and especially 2132. :o
