Good morning! Our timelines are almost identical - my application was received on December 13th too and I am also being processed in Kitchener. Nothing yet on my end but hopefully we hear something soon :)

Yup..... I was initially go grateful that I was not being processed in Mississauga, but now I am eating my words. Kitchener is stagnant :(

His application was received on Nov. 9, 2018 so although it is coming up fast technically it has not been more than 12 months yet. By the looks of most KW/Waterloo applicants, they are getting their test invites plus or minus a week before or after the one year anniversary of applying.

The spread sheet contains probably about 1% or less of all citizenship applicants for any particular month. So no, definitely not a representative sample and should not be used as an indicator of anything other than a general idea of how long it might take you to get from one step in the process...

I think it quite literally means that you have been tagged as ready to write the test. Probably just waiting for a spot to schedule you.
