    I am from Georgetown which is quite close to Oakville and I am being processed in Kitchener. I learned from this forum that you can just call and ask them where you are being processed :) Alternatively, ordering your GCMS notes will tell you where you are being processed.

    Hi there, My timeline is very similar to yours and am also being processed in Kitchener. If you don't mind me asking, how were you able to figure out that they are currently processing July 2018 applicants and that they are understaffed? Did you speak to someone at the CIC office?

    One thing to keep in mind is that it appears you need to let IRCC know if you plan to leave for more than two weeks in a row after you apply for citizenship...

    I did :/ Yeah, looking back I probably should have sent copies for sure and kept the originals. I was just worried because my transcript came in a sealed envelope that said "not official if this seal is broken", so I just sent the unopened envelope with my application.

    On this topic - for my English language proof I ordered original transcripts from the university I attended. Guessing I would need to make sure I re-order another copy before the test in order for them to arrive on time? :/ Good to know!
