has your husband been asked for an interview? my understanding is that the decision is very rarely negative without giving the applicant an opportunity to answer to CIC's concerns in an interview. fingers crossed for you!!

COPR received today!!!

COPR arrived today!!!! with a deadline date of December 20, 2016.

have you continued checking ECAS since receiving DM? my first DM went back to IP for over a month before going DM again.

well, ECAS has held steady at DM for 8 days now.. i'm thinking this time it may be the real thing! heading over to Scotland in 2 weeks.. i may just be there when COPR arrives!!!

my husband will be landing at Pearson Airport and i will be there to meet him. is everything done by the time he comes out to the area where i will be waiting? and if so, do they allow sponsors/spouses to go into the area where the paperwork is completed?

wow. so sorry to hear that. what i don't understand is, if they know what's holding your application up and that they are going to ask for further documents, why haven't they asked for them yet? or at the very least asked for them here? why the 'we'll be in touch soon to ask for them'??

that's definitely a possibility. we got a request to pay the fees and to give my husband's medical history over the last 12 months on the 10th, sent in the medical information on the 11th with an acknowledgement from CIC that they received it, paid the fees on the 12th with an acknowledgement...
