So true...I am trying to build my trip at the moment, provided that my country lifts travel ban after 15th of April and Canada's exemptions regarding COPR will have come into effect by that time, there are no flights for me except transit in India, because all other transit countries are closed...

You can get it sent to you via DHL for example, or you can apply for Permanent Resident Travel Document from your country.

It gave up attempts to reach Turkish Airlines by phone - no answer. However, I have been able to cancel the flights without penalties, because Turkey put a travel ban from Kazakhstan. I hope UAE lifts the ban in two week (starting 25th of March), in this case I could probably fly through Dubai...

Yes, you are right, i have just checked the news regarding the ban. Well, in this case, it may be even better for me as I do not have any control over that,hopefully it will play role in thei decision regarding possible extension.

With all the travel restrictions being put in place by transit countries like UAE, Turkey, Ukraine, Poland, I will only be left with an option of flying through New York which requires obtaining a visa. With my COPR expiring on the 21st of April and travel ban lifted on the 15th of April in may...

They answered me after 7 days. Did you raise the form by chosing your VO? I accidently raised a form without chosing VO, so I recieved an answer from Warsaw, whereas my VO is in Moscow, so I raised another form specifically for my VO in Moscow and got no response yet (28 days to wait).
