SanBean, right now we are trying to gather as much info as possible. After we will receive official refusal letter with apeal forms i will send it to whatever apeal address and then will go from there. The behaviour was disgusting i still cant believe that she was canadian, would never expect that.

Thank you waikiki. The fact that she was canadian old lady upseting me the most, I didnt expect that. I live in Canada almost 8 years and never faced such a disgusting treatment and unproffessional behaviour. She made him feel that he is in court with a criminal case.

Thank you messenger. appeal may take up to 2 years (i hope not). We are young couple and want to start family, but it is not possible if we dont know where we will be tomorrow. We will definitely appeal.

My husband's interview was in Vienna. The funny thing that she didnt ask almost nothing about our actual relationship. It was where i work, where my father work and where he is working and why my parents were not on our wedding.

I agree with you, most likely she made her decision before an interview and it was just a formality to call a person and find some stupid reasons in order to refuse. Yes we definitely will appeal, the saddest part that it takes long time.

Hey, they sent invitation letter to my husband email and copied me. Ecas still showing application received. Hmm i kind of worried little bit, but same time now i know that they have looked at our app.

I would just recommend to follow up with actual doctor. Our doctor sad he sent the next day, in addition we called after couple weeks to make sure it was sent, as you they all tend to forget. so if to be exact it took even less than a month during christmas and new year

My husband was refused visa too. The reason they gave for refusal, they dont believe he will leave the country once visa expires.

Hello, We had sent 20 pictures. A friend of mine who studied immigration told me that it should be enough. Most important to show different places, in different clothing, better to have photos with friends and families. In my opinion 100 is too much, but who knows maybe not.
