Thank you, we had an interview on february 2013 and our adr was on may 2014. It was Toronto Office.First our case was selected for full Hearing but then it was reconsidered, that is why it took longer. As far as i know it doesnt take that Long for adr.

Merry Christmas to all. FYI, my lawyer spoke with someone in immigration and was told that they are quite behind and had not yet began scheduling 2013 appeals and most likely they will start scheduling end of 2014!!! It is regards full hearings in toronto. Sad...very sad!!!

hhassa, they had more than enough proves prior to interview. whatever we brought for interview was just little addition to prove that it is ongoing relationship. VO made her decision prior it was obvious by the questions she asked and they way she behaved.

Hey License2cry, I filed my appeal in march and got my blue file on july 2. there is no fee for blue file, they send it to everyone with the summary of all documents and all their notes.

Im dealing with Toronto office too. I got my blue file on July2 and up until now haven't heard nothing. Its been almost 5 months. Totally unacceptable!
