Hi, I have received appeal file ( blue file) after 3 and half months after filed and appeal. im in toronto office. now its almost 2 month since i got that file and nothing for date of adr or full hearing...waiting

I dont think you can sponsor your wife if you dont have even PR. What document you have? Work visa? If yes I believe you can bring your wife but details I don't know.
