yes, this means your medical has expired, but they will most likely extend it for you. I had this message displayed on my account after my medicals expired in May and then they just updated it with an extension now.

Mine already expired in May, and they just extended it now. There's still time for you to receive your COPR before your medical expires in Oct! :)

Yes, it's also my understanding that security only begins after eligibility passes. However, criminality (your police clearance certificates) can start before or during eligibility assessment.

I believe that is referring to the date you gained the required education/training for your job. So if your job only requires an undergrad degree, it would be the date you graduated with that degree :)

I had to update my address with IRCC and decided I might as well ask about my application. Still the same status...everything is passed and awaiting final approval. CEC Inland, AOR Dec 05. So many of us waiting at this stage and there are still draws happening. It would be nice to clear the backlog.
