You can pay for all those, but CP will still deliver to a PO Box even with priority, you just won't get a signature. I remember reading a post on this forum about someone asking about that a little while ago. On the other hand, FedEx and all that will flat out refuse to deliver to the box...

I'm 99% sure Canada Post isn't considered a courier. That's for FedEx, UPS, DHL, Purolator, those types of companies that don't deliver to PO Boxes.

That's a pain!! I hope your files arrive safely? If you're in Italy, are you near Rome? I know it's too late but if it does get lost in the mail I would mail it from Vatican City next time, their mailing system is known to be much more reliable than the rest of Italy's.

For an outland app, is it a good idea to include duplicate copies of things like photos, proof of relationship, etc, or will the Canadian office send them off to the outland office once the sponsor's been approved?
