^^ Excellent, thank you! So even though it was a long vacation to Canada he should still put his Australian address as his residential address during that time? Will there be any issues with the fact that we will be listing his current address as being here in Canada, since we intend to stay...

Another question (thanks so much for the help on previous questions everyone!) My husband has visited Canada a few times, but never more than six months at a time, always on the visitors visa. However, the TOTAL amount of time he's been in Canada ever does come up to more than six months. Does...

    Pleaase help :( ?

Re: Do you need Option C printout? If you don't have the option C printout you can just write a letter explaining that since you've just turned 18 you've never filed taxes before. That's definitely an acceptable reason to not have the Option C. You'll have to show as much proof as possible...

Another quick question from me! Under appendix A for the outland application, one of the things requested under identity and civil status documents is: "Photocopy of citizenship Certificate or Immigrant Visa for any family members who are Canadian citizens or permanent residents of Canada."...

Thanks for the reassurance. I got some more in the general spousal sponsorship thread at the top of the forum that they're definitely not going to deny him based on that, so that's fantastic to know.

Thank you so much. We're worried because they've gone to the point of making us wait another three days before coming back and doing it again, so I was so worried that it was super important that he pass that part of the physical.

I've asked this question in another thread (the Sydney applicants one) but hopefully someone here can help me too. My husband has gone for his medical, but it turns out he had high blood pressure. He has to return in three days to get the blood pressure tested again, but is there any chance if...

Do any of you know how important blood pressure is on the medical? My husband had his medical done and the doc said his systolic pressure was "a little higher than normal" so they had him re-do the BP test, and the same thing happened. Now we're going to go back Friday to do it again. I'm...

My husband lived a good chunk of his adult life in Queensland, he's the Australian one. And yeah, the immigration website says you'll need it if you've lived in Queensland at all since your 18th birthday. The funny thing is, Queensland being Queensland, my husband actually has a suspension on...

My best guess is that in Queensland and Victoria drunk driving can be recorded as simply a traffic offence whereas in other states it would show up as a criminal offence on the AFP report. That's only an assumption though, I don't really know for sure.

I have another (silly) question! For photos, did you send in photocopies of photos, or actual 4x6s? The latter makes sense from a quality point of view, and at 20 cents/print they're not exactly expensive, but the application says photocopies, so should I just do exactly as the application says...

Hi everyone! I have a couple of quick questions, I hope everyone can bear with me, I've tried to find the exact answers elsewhere but haven't had much luck! My husband (Australian) and I have been married for 3 years. We've been in Canada for a few months now, and plan on staying here...
