My bad. I landed on 6 Sep. The status changed to In process on 6 Oct.

Landed on 6 Oct. The PR CARD application status changed to 'Complete'. Hope I get the card some time this week.

Congrats! I also landed on Sept 6 but the status is still in process. I really hope they haven't put me in the additional review cycle.

They will send you email to with instructions on how to send passport. I've personally never applied online (always used the paper application method). I wouldn't trust processing times completely though - it really depends on case basis. Good luck!

Just checked my ECAS. Finally the PR card section showed up. I landed on Sept 6. It says application received on Sep 6 and they started processing on Oct 6. Hope to get it soon and complete this journey!!

Processing time is on the CIC web site (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/temp.asp) seems like it is around 14 days. Once you submit application online, CIC will process and approve the application. You will be requested to mail passport at that stage.

Is it normal if they show two boxes on ECAS (one for residential and one for mailing)? For me, the address is same. However, one has "apartment number - street number" while the mailing one is "apartment number street number" (no hyphen). Not sure why would they enter it like that lol it has...

I completed my landing at Niagara yesterday :) Thank you everyone for the help during the process. I'm sure all of the remaining November applicants will hear back from CIC soon.

Landed on Sept 6th at Niagara :D ..spent 30 mins in US and then came back to land. It was pretty quick and smooth. The wait for PR card begins. BTW - I will get new SIN and health card. Do I need to contact CRA as well?

Got my passport today :) Should land this or the next weekend.
