I just talked to the CEC agent on phone. He is saying I don't need to redo all the forms. I can just add missing document (which in my case is the online fee) and resent just like that. What do you guys think?

Thank you for the reply. I will resubmit. However, were your supporting documents had that punch hole as well on the top left? That is the only thing concerning me i.e. these are official documents signed but have holes on top left :S confused lol
