Yes. My experience corresponds to NOC A so I'm safe. However, I had to refill all forms as CIC made changes to few of them. If only my credit card was not declined, I would have still been in your Sept 2013 thread with AOR :D Clock starts again!

I resubmitted my application yesterday (with all new forms and updated reference letter). However, I forgot to blackout the SIN information on tax documents. I'm assuming it wont be a big deal. Would it? :(
