No Auto-response from CPC-CTD-Ottawa

Hello,

I just sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa but I didn't get the usual auto-response from them. I'm afraid something is wrong with my email. I am using my work's email for all the communication with CIC and the email is powered by Google. I tried sending the email again to both, the new and the old pilot email.

Is there anyone else who noticed this?

same thing happened to me last evening when I sent the biodata...did u try again? I will try again tomorrow..gmail sucks!!

I didn't resend it because the old email I sent is in a queue and it should be sent anytime. I don't want to flood CIC with my email... it might get personal

Hey, I sent email to CPC, the new email address first time and the auto email went yo Spam folder right away, I am Yahoo mail. Check Spam/junk mail.

I haven't received an automatic reply yet (sent email last night using gmail). I hope it arrives soon. Ahh - Did anyone get the auto reply? Nothing in my spam folder as well.

If you send the email right now, you should get the auto-response. But keep in mind that your old email that you sent yesterday night will get there as well anytime. So there will be a duplicate.

Yes, I did not get an Auto-Reply/Confirmation when I sent out the BioData email last night (around 9PM EST).
However, when I sent out the Payment Receipt this morning, I got one.

I'll wait it out for a few days before sending an email asking if they got it.

My concern is the exact same. Not getting an automated response back = does it mean that they have not received our email. As it is very crucial that they receive our email
