No Auto-response from CPC-CTD-Ottawa

I sent an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa and cc'ed to myself. I am sure that the email was sent from my end because I recieved the original email (because I was cc'ed). But for some reason, I never got an auto-response email from CPC-CTD-Ottawa.. Is anybody experiencing similar issues ?

Please suggest.. What can I do.. Should I re-send or just wait ?

Yes same thing happend to me couple of days back ...but they replied to my query few days after...

They have not received the email you should send it to OttPilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca

I had the same problem with both OttPilot-immigration and cpc-ctd-ottawa for sending my renewed passport information.
At the end, I decided to send my documents via Canada Post to:

Citizenship and Immigration Canada
219 Laurier Avenue West Ottawa ON K1A 1L1

I sent an email on July 28 and received the auto-response 5min later. However, when another email have been sent on Aug.15, but no auto-response received so far.

Hichaman, thank you for sharing your experience. Can you please let us know when you received the email contains the new email address OttPilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca? That must be a serious thing, if CIC have changed the contact email address to OttPilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca, BUT NOT UPDATE it online. Unbelievable! They should know tons of people search their website for the immigration information each day.

The email is still: cpc-ctd-ottawa@cic.gc.ca. On August 7th I got a reply for my query and the email address from which it came is :

So when we can send them reminder again about our previous emails (for which we have not received auto response).
We cant keep on sending the mails each day........that will be annoying.
I have asked for VO change request after getting PPR. But they have not received my email bcoz I have not received auto response for the same.
They have provided me 60 days to get it stamp and 14 days are already passed after ppr request.
Plz suggest.
