I talked myself into re-sending and I just did. I got the auto-response this time.
I did mention in the email that I am re-sending since I did not receive an auto-confirmation and gave my "apologies for the duplication."

shoudl I send it or should I ask my lawyer to do so? is it ok if I send it? for the first time he sent it.

I also just resent my email a few minutes ago. But still yet to receive that automated response. I guess that it takes a few minutes to be generated.

Please advice.

I got it immediately after it was sent.
Now don't get worried too much as there might have been some "server latency" or traffic.

I had same case . Bio data email didn't got auto reply but cost recovery got auto reply . Might be coz i sent both email late in night .
just now i re-sent biodata email & got auto reply for same .

Same here........... :o I sent seperate email one for Bio Data and one for RPRF within minutes of each other.
I did get auto-reply from RPRF cost recovery, but waited till now for the CPC ottawa email.

I did resend the same mail minutes ago and got auto reply in a flash.

Weird, but i think gmail was down over the weekend.
