First I would compare the listed documents as per the website/application method used to the photocopy of your package to make sure all documents are included and the proper version/date is used. Then you might want to try and call them to find out why it was blank.

I suppose some people don't want to be tied to the one employer. Certainly a risk to consider if you may lose your job, get layed off, downsized, etc. Then you are in a pickle! But I guess if you have no choice, then it is an option.

Courier to friends or family and have them send on Xpresspost. Just a suggestion if you want to ensure that it is received. I always worry when I cannot confirm receipt of something this important. Otherwise, you may be stuck with just regular mail. Good luck.

If in Canada, you can send it by Canada Post Xpresspost. They provide tracking.

The normal process is for CIC to simply ask for the new form...but who knows what is normal for them. I think the majority of people just had to send in the new form and did not have their entire application sent back to them, which is a pain as I think you might lose your place in line...but...
