I have read that others have received the two letters as well. So I will assume for now that you have not received your whole package back? And I believe that the second email is the one that only asks that the one form be updated and couriered in. So for now, I would just get the one form...

Your application should not be returned...they should be holding on to it and simply send you an email to ask you to send in the one updated form (assuming they catch it and don't process the old form...but you may be lucky)

Thanks, I just gave that a try. Frustrating how long this takes and how they put your opportunity at risk. It shouldn't be that hard to simply reject the application and allow it to be withdrawn.
