Had the same issue. Was finally updated after about 6 days. Still arrived on time the next day, but Canada Post has such bad systems that they didn't/couldn't update it. They really need to take lessons from Fedex and UPS on proper tracking and updating.

https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/ECAS.jsp Use the principal applicant's "client number" and other information it asks for. The client number is the same one on any study or work permit they have. If not, then you can't check and need to wait for the number to be assigned.

Good question. What specifically did they want you to add to Sch A? Your personal history? Since you applied via London, they may be processing it here (Ottawa or Mississauga). Would seem unusual that they are looking at the principal applicants information in detail if they are not at that...

CIC ECAS status online finally changed this morning to Application Recieved - Aug 14. Does that count as AOR LOL?

I think their 41 day claim may be a bit optimistic. In my opinion, those results seem to be skewed by processing the Commonwealth applicants and US applicants first (which they seem to do pretty quickly). You have to take it with a grain of salt...

Hopefully this week will be a busier week for CIC on SA approvals. Our August spreadsheet is looking a little thin with lack of approvals. We are already at 50 day average waiting time...so slipping past July average approval time...granted we had issues with form changes. Still keeping...

Unfortunately I think it has more to do with being a Commonwealth country applicant or US applicant (i.e., Ottawa, London). But you never know...keep your fingers crossed and anyone could be next!!!

If I were a betting man, I think the remaining Ottawa people on the August list (despite the changed form delays) and the London people will get their SA next....just a WILD guess LOL ;D However dt-tdot, you are due to get yours for sure!!!

How did you get the sponsor UCI? Did they send you a confirmation? Mine was received a day before yours and my status is still not updated in their system. So inconsistent.
