Yes I did apply for a new gcms notes for my spouse. This time I entered only her personal information while applying for it. Hoping to receive it by Nov 18th. Applied on Oct 19 Will update here

Hi thanks for your reply. They applied for a new gcms notes on spousal name. Last time PA applied. So this time made request by Dependant. Need to see if they will provide Dep details.
