That is certainly a very good question. I have no idea why they have to wait longer in order to sent ppr once security and other criterias are passed. But same time, For me it took 3 months to get AOR. Another question can be why they need 3 months to put a file number and do a completeness...

Yes. Pls look for officers notes at the very last page of GCMS. You can see a clear summary of your application in those notes. And they keep updating it every time when something progress in our application.
