Is this your first application through CIC after you had the criminality issue? If so, they may need time to verify it.

What is your BC status? still in the first IN PROCESS? or second time?

Was your Background check changed from NOT NEEDED->IN PROCESS->NOT NEEDED->IN PROCESS? If it is still in the first IN PROCESS it means they are still doing criminality. If it is in second IN PROCESS it means they are doing security. Correct me if im wrong.

Same status as mine. Did they state anything why the criminality still in process in ur notes? It's supposed to pass at this moment

Background is supposed to change to not needed before Med request (it means criminality passed). It is strange that I have same status since day 1

called today, have to wait until end of next week

Dec applicant received MR this morning, they sent it in batch i noticed

im dec applicant and Background check is still in progress. is it supposed to be not needed now???
