it depends on the employment restriction yes or no. if it is no, go ahead for BOWP, if it is yes go get employer portal. correct me if i am wrong

from cic website, it says that pnp nominee has employment restriction on their nomination letter will not be eligible for BOWP but i think you can apply closed one if your employer is willing to pay $230 compliance fee and get ur job verification number. once u get the number u are good to...
