I hope he is kind of that. Sometimes you need to call him a lot of times and not answering.

Last questions does the cic officer will call my employer during the process of my PR?

CIC has nothing to do with your employer unless its a conditional nomination. Not sure about other provinces but AINP is not bound to any employer.

Yes cic can call your employer to inquire about your job.. I have read in one forum that in some places like in india they do physcial inspections also..i mean officer go personely to the office to enquire...

Hello friends, I have a question, when CIC transfer your file to your local visa office, will they send you an email or email will be sent by the local visa office when they received your file?? any idea?? how we come to know where our file is now?? :o :o

Hello Sartaj ,
Same question in my mind about file transfer . When will our file come to local visa office ? How can we know about our file transfer to visa office ?

Certainly there PNP streams bounded by a job

http://www.albertacanada.com/opportunity/immigrating/ainp-eds-employer-driven-stream.aspx

Employer driven stream, and many other Job offer based PNP program nominates a candidate because a local company gives a foreigner a job. These streams are job-offer-bounded streams. Normally, the province will give them a work permit letter so they can apply for a work permit and start working ASAP while PR application in process.

Technically, if you lose your job while PR application in process, CIC has the right to reject you. How they know about it is another question but it can happen, and it had happened.

You need a job while your AINP is in process; not the CIC application. The AINP certificate states that the nomination is not bind to any employer. And if I remember correctly, there is no space in any of the forms that asks for employer contact details.
