Remember after 16 jan. Everything stopped. Then they started nov ones in first week of feb.

My file is in pv2 inventory too.. i got a criminal issue. But rcmp is no reportable trace and my criminality is in progress.. my biographic info sharing is complete match too because i got US B2 visa refusal once.. my primary office is changed to Ottawa as well

Was your Background check changed from NOT NEEDED->IN PROCESS->NOT NEEDED->IN PROCESS? If it is still in the first IN PROCESS it means they are still doing criminality. If it is in second IN PROCESS it means they are doing security. Correct me if im wrong.

Is this your first application through CIC after you had the criminality issue? If so, they may need time to verify it.
