We got SA on January 23 and are still waiting for AOR... I think they are taking about 2 months at the moment based on other peoples timelines I've been watching...

Thanks - I don't think it can hurt so I'm going to do it. Out package only covers up to and including our wedding and honeymoon. This will be my 3rd trip down since then and now that we don't have wedding planning to do we have done some traveling within Mexico so maybe that will help.

Yes it doesn't sound like you have a good grasp of this, and it can be very confusing. There are multiple guides to go with multiple forms and there are multiple checklists. Take your time and read over everything with a fine tooth comb. The guides will help but you can't expect to get it done...
