It will do that to everyone, it's normal! We can't afford decent call centre lines apparently in any Canadian Services offices. Just call again and again and again, usually within 20 minutes you'll get through, and then wait on hold for like 30 minutes.

If you see mine, it took 2 months and 2 days, from SA and transfer to AOR from Mexico VO. But once they start, things can move along quickly and many people are getting finished within a few months of AOR from the Mexican VO, so hang in there everyone, you're probably nearly half way there!

I know it's tough and doesn't seem fair but it may be nothing to do with you. We have people a month behind us that got 2 months ahead during SA because of a CIC Mistake. And some people just get done in record time that makes no sense, while others get delayed months back for no good reason...
