Thanks Andy however as far a i know the rule of the thumb is it should be issued after the applicant left the country and not earlier. That makes me worry a bit.

Thanks for your reply. My spouse left Saudi in 2013 and has Saudi PCC issued before he left. So, does it mean CIC won't require Saudi PCC anymore? My spouse told me it was really hard to get one especially to non-residents. I've read a lot of rejections due to PCC issues and I'm a bit worried now.

That makes sense as processing times for study permits is only 22 days, the officer may have approved it all at once. Did you get a year extension?

Wow that was fast! Congratulations. I also applied for BOWP for myself and spouse on March 18 and hope to get the decision soon. Did you apply your permit all at the same time? Inland processing times still says 77 days, well I guess CIC improved the processing times as promised.
