    Same here. Still remains 'Not started' from 'Not Needed' even after my Medical Passed . I thought it was supposed to be 'In Progress' but I'm thinking that my file must has been transferred from Central intake office to LVO in Ottawa but not quite sure though.

    There must have something you missed during filing out. You may also create another MyCIC account for your BOWP application. It'll sure work out for you. I personally have another account when I applied for PGWP last 2013 and the account is still active.

    I'm afraid there's no other option aside from your MyCIC account as ECAS access is not accessible anymore for EE applicants since November last year. Do you have a consultant working on you file? You can ask them to share information if that's possible otherwise you can contact the CIC call...

    I had the same update today no ghost email BG check from " not needed" to "not started". My medical result was sent by my panel physician on March 6 and still not updated. I'm just glad a CIC officer started to work on my file.
