It has been 4 hours later after the release of the official draw and still haven't receive ITA. Is there some sort of delay on IRRC's part? Waiting for 24 hrs feels forever lol. Best of luck to us !! :)

Don't be! As long as you send all the necessary docs there's no need to worry. When did you get your AOR? I got my nomination Feb11 day after draw...

Exactly, there are other factors affecting applications. Some nominees asked for an extension of Nomination cert for them to be able to re apply for PR.

Those are mandatory documents and both the OINP and IRCC are completely separate entities. Just like the OINP process it depends on the VO how he assess and make a decision to a certain application. There's no short cuts and speedy process.

I agree however IRCC also verifies our admissibility thus they require all PCCs from all the country we've been. Also, there are rare cases of issues concerning medicals that makes the process even longer. These are the documents that we didn't send to OINP post nomination.

I'm also waiting for an ITA on the next draw after receiving my nomination last week. CIC is unpredictable that's a given fact. Trend varies from time to time and I just hope there will be 3 draws same as the number of ITA drawn last month.

You are wrong. A child is Canadian citizen if they were born here in Canada. Naturalization is when you applied and received your Canadian citizenship. My baby was born here and gotten her Canadian passport and birth certificate as well. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/citizenship/rules/
