I sent multiple emails to the visa office, and they replied (finally on July 30, 2011) and said that my application was "in process". But I still have not received 2nd AOR yet. It's been more than 8 months since I sent full documents to Buffalo VO in Nov 2010.

I am waiting for my 2nd AOR as well. Full document submitted to Buffalo VO on Nov 29, 2010. Keep in touch...

I submitted my application (federal skilled worker category) to the Buffalo office in Nov 2010. And haven't heard anything from them either. It's been more than 6 months...
