I got a confirmed appointment at IOM this Tuesday, May 6th. They said that medical results review will take up to 3-4 days for normal cases. Here's hoping my case is normal. Lol. :)

I'm sorry to hear it. Maybe you can ask them to show you their grades conversion guide? Each department and any university has it's own way of converting grades. Tell them the conversion details would help you decided about reapplying in the future.

Did you find that at the general graduate admissions page, or from Meng department's admission page? It is possible that the department has a higher minimum required CGPA compared to the university's general guidelines and/or requirements for admission. Meeting minimum requirements also does not...

My documents were received on the 27th of March, my file was opened on the 31st. I got my letter of approval on April 15th.

Mine took exactly 15 days, from file opening to issuance of the approval letter. :)
