If you are staying in Delhi for the past 14 years, than you should get you PCC done from Delhi itself. I also am staying in Delhi but my native is in Punjab. I got my PCC done from Delhi. I hope this helps

The Settlement of amount i.e. Proof of funds should be as per the requirements as asked by the CIC i.e. the amount should suffice post declaration of your assets and deduction of your liabilities

Where did you get the PCC done, and what does it states. If you have got your PCC done in Ggn and it only covers your the duration of stay in Ggn then it will good to request the PCC authority to have clarification checks done from Mumbai and Pune
