Hi,

Please need your suggestions, its urgent. My application (NOC:2171) which was received by CIC on 7th july was returned back today. The reason for rejection is that a signature was missed in the fee related form IMM5620. Can I resend the same application back with the IMM5620 signed?? Or do I need to take a new bank balance certificate and new reference letter with the job details?? One more question, is it advisable to apply for another different NOC now? or should I go ahead and apply with the same 2171 NOC? I am expecting my new application would reach cic by end of this month.

Got a question to everyone. Can you tell why Singapore VO takes around 3 years to process an application whereas India VO takes 7/8 months. Is there any exact reason for their delay in processing?

I've been thinking about the same thing. It seems nothing we can do about it besides waiting endlessly

My husband gets a small dark patch in his chest Xray since birth. He's a doctor himself, and there are no abnormalities/diseases related to it. Do you think it might be a worry during our medicals?

If it is no threat/danger to common public, will not put excessive burden on medical expenses/insurance, then it is fine. Basic purpose of medical is as stated above.
It should not be a problem in your case

While filling up the main application form (IMM-0008), what did you fill in section 2 for your spouse on the question "have you ever used another name"

was it the name (XXXX and surname) that she used before getting married
